Do you offer party planning?

  • We offer planning for every detail of your culinary vision working with your event planner.

Is there any food you are not able to prepare?

  • Give us a call and let’s discuss, we are focused on making your culinary vision come to life.

Do you have a minimum order?

  • We have a $500 minimum which includes food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Do you require a deposit when scheduling an event?

  • Yes, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit when you set a date and time with us.

Do you provide table clothes?

  • We provide table clothes for tables used for our service. Table clothes for any other tables would need to be acquired by you.

Do you provide glassware?

  • We do not provide glassware, but we have a economical heavy-duty plate and drinking glass selections to choose from.

Do you charge for servers?

  • Yes, we have a $25 to $50 per server for up-to 3 hours (cost range is based on services being provided)

How do I handle gratuity?

  • Typical gratuity is 18% to 25% and goes directly to the staff working the event. We would invoice you for the amount with your last bill.

What is the average cost per person/plate?

  • Our services range from $14 to $25 per person/plate.

What are the most popular food selections?

  • Our menu is a selection of our favorite items. The menu is just a sample and your needs may be different. Give us a call to discuss options to make your vision come to life.

Do you have additional charges for wedding cake cutting/serving?

  • Yes, we charge $35 per cake.

How do you handle leftover food?

  • You can choose to take them (charges for boxes will need to be included) or we can remove them.

How do you handle alcohol purchase and serving?

  • At this time all alcohol would be purchased by the customer, but will need to be served by a member of our staff that is TABC certified. This is a dedicated person so alcohol is never left unattended.

Do you cook on-site or off-site?

  • In most cases all food is prepared off-site and delivered hot (or cold as required). On some occasions it is required based on the menu selection to prepare some items on-site.

What are other charges that may apply?

  • All services are al-a-cart to allow for the most flexible set of options.

    • Some of the additions are:

      • Cake cutting/servicing

      • Alcohol service

      • Roaming servers

      • Clearing tables during/after your event
