ANTIPASTO PICKS
Variety of cheeses, meats, olives and tomatoes on picks.
QUICHE
Miniature bites of ham and cheddar, spinach and swiss or a combination of both.
SLIDERS
Angus beef, hot honey chicken, BBQ pork, poppyseed ham and cheese, etc.
BRUSCHETTA
A small crostini topped with oil, minced tomato, basil and parmesan cheese relish and drizzled with balsamic sauce.
TAQUITOS
Served crispy and hot, perfect fast appetizer.
MEATBALLS

EMERALD ISLAND DIP
A creamy dip with hints of dill and herbs filled with corned beef pieces, in a sourdough bowl. Served with bread chunks or crackers for dipping.

ENTREES
PORKLOIN
Flavorful lean and tender loin, served sliced with a brown mushroom gravy.
